On March 1, 2021, Amesite Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the successful implementation of its whole enterprise solution for The Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
